    Brooke's path to founding Contigo Catering wasn't conventional, but it was purposeful. Her formal education in English Literature (inspired by a professor who made Shakespeare feel revelatory) cultivated an eye for detail and meaning that would later define her approach to hospitality. After gaining diverse experience across pharmaceutical sales, salon management, and marketing, Brooke discovered her true passion: creating exceptional experiences through thoughtful leadership.

    What drives her at Contigo Catering is the perfect blend of strategic problem-solving and creative vision—watching carefully crafted plans transform into memorable events that exceed expectations. Her leadership philosophy balances ambitious company growth with an unwavering commitment to workplace culture. For Brooke, building a team where people truly thrive has always been the foundation for delivering uncompromising quality in every aspect of service.

    Currently in her third year of the highly selective Entrepreneurial Masters Program, Brooke continues to refine her approach to business strategy and team development alongside a curated cohort of accomplished business owners. This prestigious program has further enhanced her ability to lead with intention and vision.

    Her entrepreneurial spirit has expanded into a thoughtful portfolio of hospitality ventures: Table Manners (boutique tabletop rentals with distinctive style), One Eleven East (a sophisticated historic venue), and Ocaso Catering (southern comfort and fusion cuisine with memorable impact).

    Beyond the office, Brooke's natural talent for hosting extends into her personal life. She has an affinity for exploring new interests—currently Formula One racing and a carefully curated podcast rotation that includes both business insights (Invest Like the Best) and compelling storytelling (Crime Junkie). She resides in Austin with her husband JG and their lively household of two children, two dogs, and one cat (all with personalities as distinct as the events she creates).
